Mark & Kathleen Gipson have lived in Snohomish County most of their lives and moved from Lynnwood, WA to Lake Stevens , WA in 1992. They started Right On Heating & Sheet Metal in 1996. The initial business was with friends and relatives. In 2000, Mark turned the business into a full time commitment after his employer of 20 years closed shop. Mark’s 20 years in the industry insured the quality of our product, so we began bidding commercial jobs and advertising with the Lake Stevens Journal and the Yellow Pages. We have had steady growth since then, and despite the struggling economy, we continue to grow. 70% of our business is through referrals. Both Boeing & Microsoft include us in their referral service based only on employees experiences with us. We are a member of the Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce and LeTip International, both referal networks with the highest of standards.
Our residential business provides quality service & installation in homes throughout Snohomish County. We offer competitive pricing because we are a home based business. We have installed HVAC systems for the Gold Bar Fire Station, the City of Everett's Everett Station and their Parks Dept. at Forest Park, Eastside Fire & Rescue in Issaquah, Renton Fire District Office & Station 41, Fire Chief Equipment in Redmond, PUD’s Engineering Building (4th floor) and the Washington State Convention and Trade Center’s many projects.
Bob Lane has worked with Mark for the last 20 years. They are both Journeyman Sheet Metal Workers and manage each job personally. SMACNA (Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors National Association) is the organization of standards for the industry. Both Mark & Bob are SMACNA certified HVAC Journeymen. The size and design of a ventilation system is critical to the efficiency of the machinery producing the air. We maintain high standards and warranty all our work. Tim Kriehn is our Service Manager and comes from an electrical and mechanical background that widens his abilities to tackle every job. Together we hold licenses and certifications in indoor air quality, light gage welding, gas piping, and low voltage electrical. All our employees are EPA Certified. We are licensed and bonded with the State of Washington and carry liability insurance for larger commercial projects as well. We are a York dealer, and supply only dependable products by York and other major manufacturers. We also sell the Dynamic Air Cleaning System for homes and buildings.
